The holidays are hard. Everyone of them is a reminder of what we lost and how hard it can be to carry on. Today I remember Rehtaeh and I give thanks for her. She was my baby.

This is a message she sent me last year at Thanksgiving. Moments after I got this Krista received a message as well. Rehtaeh was a very thoughtful young lady.
