It has come to my attention that today the crown for this specific case, is trying to keep disclosure from the defence. What might that be? Also i had an insider notify me stating that the defence lawers have put the case off twice to review the overly large disclosure, witch to me is resonable. But it seems like the crown isnt doing a good job if they have put it off over twice that amount. What do they need time for, other then comming up with answers to the questions the defence has asked?
The defense hasn’t asked any questions yet. They’re fishing for anything they can to get their clients off.
